Our Story
Beachin’ It Barefoot! started with a love for golf and the beach, which naturally led us to Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach, SC. We especially enjoy the fact that there’s so much to do, right here—whether it’s playing a round of golf, visiting one of the delicious restaurants at Barefoot Landing, or simply spending a relaxing day on the beach. At Beachin' It Barefoot!, our goal is to give every guest a beautiful retreat where you can unwind and enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of home. We want you to be able to relax from the moment you arrive and enjoy all that we have grown to love here.

Discover your perfect coastal escape in Arbor Trace at Barefoot Resort! Located only a few miles from the beach and set along the scenic 4th hole of the Norman Course, this fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers comfort, convenience, and relaxation. From quiet mornings on the balcony to afternoons at the pool or the nearby ocean, this retreat is designed to help you unwind and enjoy every moment.

Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed.
Are trailers or golf carts permitted inside the development?
Motorcyles, trailers, golf carts and campers are strictly prohibited from the Arbor Trace development.
Is there a minimum night stay?
Yes, we ask for a 3-night minimum stay, with the exception of major holidays.
What are your rates?
Rates are $150/night and a $75/clean up fee. A 50% deposit is due at time of booking with remainder due 1 week prior to your stay.
How many can your condo sleep?
The condo can accommodate 6-8 guests. There is one king bed, two twin beds, a pull-out queen sofabed and room for an air mattress if needed (not provided).
Where is the beach from your condo?
The beach is just a short 2-3 mile drive from our condo. There are two public pay to park lots at the corner 46th Ave S and S Ocean Blvd, just across HWY 17. There is also a free shuttle from the condo to the beach that runs hourly during the spring, summer and early fall months.
What is provided at the condo?
All bed linens and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer (you will need to bring laundry detergent) and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a Keurig available however you will need to bring your own coffee. There are also four beach chairs available for your use located in the balcony closet. Toilet paper and one roll of paper towels are provided.
When are check-in/check-out times?
Check in is at 3pm on the day of your arrival and check out is 11am on the morning of your departure.
How will I access the condo?
Once booked, we will ask you to provide a 4 digit code and you will use this code to access the condo your entire stay.
Where are the pools located?
You will have access to two pools within Barefoot Resort. The Arbor Trace pool is located at the front of the development. The bigger North Tower pool is located toward the front of Barefoot Resort in front of the two towers overlooking the intercoastal waterway. Wristbands to access both pools are located in the basket on the sofa table as you walk in. There is a $200 fee if these wristbands are not returned.
Is golf included in my stay?
Golf is not included in your stay however there are four prestigious courses within Barefoot Resort for your enjoyment. Our condo is located on the 4th hole of the Norman course.
